EAC Certificate

Eurasian Conformity Certificate – it is a document certifying the compliance of given products with the Technical Requirements of the Customs Union. Approving products’ conformity with technical regulations and national standards grants the entrepreneur the following privileges:

Certificates claiming the conformity of the offered goods with Union Technical Requirements cover all the goods produced within the border of the Customs Union, as well as those supplied by outside producers. Requirements concerning both types of commodities are exactly the same.

Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan are the members of the Customs. The discussed certificate may be issued for the period of 1, 3, or 5 years.


Customs Union Declaration of Conformity

Customs Union Declaration of Conformity - it is a document certifying the compliance of given products with the Technical Requirements of the Customs Union. The Customs Union Declaration of Conformity is required from the entrepreneur to be granted the possibility to import goods to and sell them on markets of the members of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan). The said document confirms that the commodities in question comply with all the Technical Requirements and are allowed to be used in Customs Union Countries. The declaration in question supersedes the former Mandatory GOST-R Certificate.

The Customs Union Declaration of Conformity can be only issued to a producer or a supplier being a legal person or an individual entrepreneur the business activity of whom has been registered in the Russian Federation. The said declaration cannot be issued to a foreign producer. Only individual entrepreneurs or legal persons from Russia can apply for the document.

The Customs Union Declaration of Conformity may be issued for 1, 3, or 5 years, as well for a given bath of goods or products.


Certificate of State Registration of Customs Union

An official document certifying that the goods which have undergone the national registration procedure comply with all the set sanitary and hygienic norms in force within the borders of the Customs Union.

Only the products (as well as materials, substances, and items alike) directly specified in the second part of the index of goods to be controlled on the area of Customs Union have to be covered by the certificate in question. Those are the following:
